No real problem at the office in Greenville but out of Columbia they are a nightmare. Screwed up my billing after I did a policy change. I canceled the policy Then they had the audacity to say that I had not paid up enough of my premium And took an extra $105 from me Crooked, corrupt, and all around incompetent

Contacted insurance group to ask why my homeowners policy went up $600 when I didn't file any claims . Lady I spoke to was not helpful claiming Hurricane Helene raised everyone's rates. Understandably if you file a claim but not sure why homeowners who didn't file a claim are being penalized. She could have cared less and made no attempt to rectify the situation.
