One of the worst insurance companies I have ever delt with. They don't call you back. They let your ride sit for weeks at the place to be fixed cause the mechanic is waiting on approval from KFB! They won't call mechanic untill you have harrasssed them multiple times. Hands down the worst customer service I've encountered. State farm was better than these clowns and that's saying a lot.
