The customer service was excellent and fast. The agents care about their customers and are willing to go the extra mile. I called other agent offices when I was looking and waited days for a response. Bruce called me back and had an answer for me the same day.
Called this office to check on information about a policy for a customer they don't even serve.Jay listened carefully and was very helpful. If they treat non-customers so well, I'll call them next time I need insurance!
