What an absolute disgrace of a company. You’ve left a 67-year-old woman and her disabled child without a vehicle for almost TWO MONTHS — after YOUR driver hit her. Husband had an accident with an insured person from this place. The adjuster said my husband is a liar and he refused to believe their client lied to the police and them.
I've been with farm bureau for around 8 years and they've gone downhill in a big way. Prices continue to increase despite my perfect driving record and when repairs are needed, I end up paying an arm and a leg out of pocket. Incredibly displeased and if it weren't for the legal necessity of insurance I would never pay them another cent.
