Customer service has gone down hill since Kyle retired. We received a weird notice last month and called the office to clarify if it was a bill they told us it was not and that we did not owe anything, our account was up to date. Then when we tried to add a new toy to our policy yesterday we were informed that we no longer had an account that it had been cancelled.
