Somehow, some way……this office, let my husbands EX WIFE, cancel his policies on two vehicles with loans still out on them, with ZERO NOTICE, to my husband. The payments come out of HIS bank account, and they full well know there are loans out. I’m not sure how this happened, unless she had a friend who worked here who helped her with this fraudulent behavior. But any refunds she definitely got a yearly paid policy refund x 2. I plan to consult an attorney.
