This is a joke. First of all, the lady was extra rude and sounded like she was annoyed she had to answer the phone for me. You can imagine how excited she sounded to tell me they wouldn't even offer me a quote. They won't provide a quote if you don't have or have already had insurance. So if you are about to get a car for the first time or for the first time in a long time, keep scrolling. If every company was like this there would be no affording insurance. Waste of breath.
