Got a quote with AllState for half the price of insurance and when I needed some documents regarding my 8+ years as a customer I was treated very "rudely" by one of their agents. It consisted of him being very reluctant to provide any service, even after I called the location 4+ times with no answer on the phone. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with an insurance company. Since December of last year, I’ve been charged for insurance for my nephew without my authorization. I didn’t notice initially, as I assumed my premium increased due to an accident involving my son. The issue only came to light when we added another car to the policy and realized my nephew had been added without my consent. This place is a joke DO NOT GET INSURANCE WITH THEM. They will give you a good rate for your first policy and then jack it up over double the amount when the renewal comes up. Went from paying $203 to $450. NO TICKETS NOR ACCIDENTS . I’ve spoke with 2 people and neither could give me a reason my policy went up so much. Save yourself the headache and trouble.
No one answers the phone at this office, I’ve literally called 10 times and no one has answered. I am very disappointed with the customer service here. There is no communication with customers and that is unacceptable.
