We needed farm insurance right away and Kelly Woods came out on a Sunday to make sure we got it on time. You can’t beat that for going above and beyond! She has been so helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating in every way. We are very glad we found her. If you need a creative solution for your insurance needs I would highly recommend her.

Can someone please, PLEASE, answer the phone in that building? They don’t answer emails, they don’t answer the phone, it’s like they don’t want our business. I am taking my business elsewhere due to this, like they care, I had five different agents in one year and I only knew this because I checked my account once a month to make sure my payment went through. No relationship to their clients. Embarrassing!
Got a quote with AllState for half the price of insurance and when I needed some documents regarding my 8+ years as a customer I was treated very "rudely" by one of their agents. It consisted of him being very reluctant to provide any service, even after I called the location 4+ times with no answer on the phone. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with an insurance company. Since December of last year, I’ve been charged for insurance for my nephew without my authorization. I didn’t notice initially, as I assumed my premium increased due to an accident involving my son. The issue only came to light when we added another car to the policy and realized my nephew had been added without my consent.
