I honestly do not understand all the 5 star reviews. **updating 2026. Unfortunately my son also just got screwed over by farm bureau. Tate can’t be bothered to advocate for his customer. He passes it off and relies heavily on his office staff while he goes on vacation regularly. Seriously what is the point of having an agent? Beware!! Tate Secrist is the worst and the most frustrating insurance agency I’ve ever dealt with. We have been insured by State Farm for 30 years with no issues, switched to Farm Bureau because the ranch policy is supposed to be great, he has never returned my calls, his assistant quit and dropped the ball and he left it a mess, don’t go with him for your insurance!
Farm Bureau not only takes care of all of our insurance needs with next level service… but they go above and beyond for their clients with fun events and extras during the holiday season. Much appreciated!
