Bad customer service time and time again.
Misty and Jeff are very helpful and informative. They provide accurate advice without the "We'll have to get back to you" comments. I've been a customer for many years and have never been disappointed.
Misty will do her best at keeping you happy as it seems easy for her. She understands the difference between being personal and professional…she does both effortlessly
