Farm Bureau withdrew an extra 500 dollars after setting up life insurance. This happened twice. It has taken three months to try and get the money back. They have sent money back and it is short $344. The people in the specific locations are great, but whoever is running things on the back end is awful. We have used them for years and will most likely be moving everything.
Extremely disappointed. My car was involved in an accident with their insured client. My car should have gotten fixed, but still came back with problems from the accident. The car literally broke just a couple minutes after we got it from the shop. I got the opinion of a second professional who attested that the issues with my car were accident-related, but they won’t admit that and don’t want to cover the costs for making it right.
