Talked to someone named Trent Deveraux at this location. Made an inquiry about auto and home owners insurance pricing. He sent me quotes with no detail to speak of and never got back to me on some adjustments I requested. This isn’t how I do business; I can’t ever work with Farm Bureau insurance because of this.
Needed to get new insurance when I moved back to the valley. Courtney was highly recommended. Within a month, the discounts kicked in and I was paying less for better insurance. Great service, even better people.
