Rates were good when I first got the auto insurance insurance. After couple years they started going up $10/month. Had to get different insurance. Cancelled Farm Bureau in plenty of time to not be billed. They drew from my account anyway. Cannot get my money back! They keep telling me different days. If you have to cancel, immediately put stop payment on them! The agent Zachary Hoffman, is conveniently out of country and says he can't help!

I cannot recommend an insurance company that drops you after one year for making reliable payments and complying with their threats. They did nothing but make my life difficult throughout the year by making ridiculous demands and sending copious amounts of duplicate letters in the mail.

The following statement is my opinion of an experience I had with this company. An adjuster from this company cold called me 8 months after I sustained an injury on a campground that they insured in the state of New Mexico. The adjuster informed me that The property owner had filed this claim and since my attorney no longer represented me That it would be in my best interest to cooperate with them and take a recorded statement which did not happen. I called as a towing vendor needing assistance on payment for a tow we did for one of their insured. I worked with Berenice and she was very helpful, knowledgeable and prompt! Thanks for your help Berenice!!!

Overcharged me on our initial agreement then credited my account, than stated I was being charged a membership fee. Then came with another 20$ fee for correcting the policy they made the mistake with. Did I mention if I don't pay the 20$ fee I lose the 400$+coverage that was initially paid for?
