Rates were good when I first got the auto insurance insurance. After couple years they started going up $10/month. Had to get different insurance. Cancelled Farm Bureau in plenty of time to not be billed. They drew from my account anyway. Cannot get my money back! They keep telling me different days. If you have to cancel, immediately put stop payment on them! The agent Zachary Hoffman, is conveniently out of country and says he can't help!
Are looking for a company that makes the claims process easy and works to make you whole after tragedy strikes? This one definitely isn't it! Deceptive claims adjuster, poor communication, etc. Avoid
The following statement is my opinion of an experience I had with this company. An adjuster from this company cold called me 8 months after I sustained an injury on a campground that they insured in the state of New Mexico. The adjuster informed me that The property owner had filed this claim and since my attorney no longer represented me That it would be in my best interest to cooperate with them and take a recorded statement which did not happen. I cannot recommend an insurance company that drops you after one year for making reliable payments and complying with their threats. They did nothing but make my life difficult throughout the year by making ridiculous demands and sending copious amounts of duplicate letters in the mail.
The level of poor customer service is so bad, it's pretty clear they're just trying to not pay claims. I've called 16 times over 4 months, left voice mails, unanswered emails. Everytime I get a human they say it's not their job to help me with my claim. There's no case management. its 2 days before my repair shop appointment and my adjuster won't return my emails or phone, hadn't made the rental appointment or pre-approved the estimate I sent months ago.
