Angela is the real deal. I learned more about my insurance and what coverage I needed in one hour with her than I learned with my prior insurer in 30 years! She's patient, thorough and she gave us the coverage we really needed at a lower cost than our previous insurance. I can't say enough good things about Angela and her staff, they're top notch and I'm so happy to be with Farm Bureau. They're not just for farmers!
Angela is horrible. Don't want to deal with her attitude. She went crazy while I asked her about my coverage. She says there's no need to go over the coverage. If she says it's good, then it's good. Well I discovered that it wasn't good. Thank God I moved elsewhere for insurance.
Angela is wonderful, always on to of everything and tries her very best to get us the best possible results...because of her I would not dream of going anywhere else. 5+ *
