Been a customer for about 7 years. Got tired of never getting a straight answer, being passed back and forth between Afton and Laramie offices, rates going up with no explanation, rarely getting phone calls answered in the Afton office and office being closed, not having coverage when supposed to, not getting discounts when should have been,not being treated like a person. The final straw was when the secretary asked if I thought she was lying and wanted to argue with me about something she didn't have the answer to.
