Corona was extremely helpful to my mom after my dad passed in helping her know what to do. She is very knowledgeable and we have been thankful to have her to guide us.
Dealing with the agent for Kiowa and medicine lodge is awful. My mother in law is elderly and has been with them for years. Had a adjuster check the roof and they paid us 800 for the flashing. They said that is why it was leaking. We got that fixed. Then we had them go out again almost a year later because we had an appra6done and they said the roof needed replaced due to missing shingles and hail damage.
