Had Greg as an agent for at least 7 years. Insurance went up and decided to shop around for lower insurance. Found an new company and cancelled with farm bureau and he wouldn't except no or cancel as answer and wouldn't even contact us to cancel the policy when the new agent sent info and called. Like we are adults here. Found same coverage for half the price somewhere else.
