Meet Mike a couple weeks ago. For agent he is very rude and doesn't help you with your claim. Mike said an adjuster will be contacting us to discuss. Mike more or less said it is was not his job to take the information on accident that is the adjuster job. In no way did Mike want to help us and pushed it off to an adjuster. Been 2 weeks an adjuster has not contact either one of the parties involved.. Glad this is not our insurance company. Do not know where to send our estimate to get our vehicle repaired so we can drive it ... read more

Mike has always done an excellent job taking care of any claims I have turned in. I would highly recommend mike as an insurance agent
Don't think they wanted to pay deductible. Had several holes in drywall, door frame damage, broken window in front door and other minor damage caused by renters. The cost of replacing broken windows alone cost more than the deductible. Think FB needs to re-evaluate cost of home repairs, now that costs have risen.
