It's too bad Farm Bureau can't take care of their clients like this. My mom has had FB insurance many many years. Since she's been retired she found a more reasonable insurance elsewhere. So she called her insurance rep at the Toledo office to cancel policy and then she gets a bill so she called her rep again and he stated yes he remembers her canceling and he'd take care of it.
