Agent didn’t give us good information when we were talking out there insurance,led us wrong to sell it. Been there customer for 4 years but when there was a time to make a claim, they were not very helpful.
Total change of personnel, which I hadn't met none of, but was very impressed with the two I met. They seemed anxious to help, and proved very knowledgeable.
