Our experience with Carolyn at Farm Bureau in Layton has been frustrating. They’re slow to respond to calls and emails, and we submitted everything to cancel our policy, yet they’re still trying to charge us. They more than doubled our premium despite us having no claims or changes to our business, and we’ve now found better coverage elsewhere for less than half the price. The service has been slow and unprofessional at times.
Jordan Spicer and his team at Farm Bureau have been fantastic to work with. They worked hard to get my coverage appropriate for my families needs. Highly recommend !!!.
