FB’s billing department is a literal joke, If I could give a zero star rating I would. I have been back and fourth with them since May in regards to changes on my policy they have made without my consent as well as they keep switching me to quarterly billing so when it comes time for my monthly payment to be due my whole policy is screwed up with the fact they have switched to quarterly so I then have to contact my agent, fill out ANOTHER form and submit it to billing, then call back in and make my normal monthly payment. 3 ... read more
They have helped me in the past, but my agent was supposed to get in touch with me three weeks ago and I still haven't heard from here and they doubled my price for car insurance.
They have alright financial service but the reason it was 2 stars is because their staff are very terrible. The receptionist, Karen, or Coral, or Coralline, something like that (a middle age Caucasian woman), was extremely rude, she was not professional and it totally pushed customers away and she was yelling at her coworkers in front of others.
