Unfortunately from a recent situation the staff were unable to handle my request on canceling some policies I had with the company over a few years now. No one from the staff was able to get back to me after I call them to cancel everything and no paperwork was ever sent out to me. I had a terrible experience with this company. This company canceled my policy and in the beginning of the year I called back and asked why there was canceled. They had no idea why it was canceled. My mortgage company noticed that I did not have insurance so they assigned me one at the beginning of the year and now this company is charging me and put me on Colection for no reason I am super upset with this matter because I am a person that takes care of his credit!
