I called and spoke with agent Misty at the branch in New Arizona 31st Street. She couldn’t provide basing information and she was confused jumping from one thing to another and she couldn’t stay on one thing. Unfortunately from a recent situation the staff were unable to handle my request on canceling some policies I had with the company over a few years now. No one from the staff was able to get back to me after I call them to cancel everything and no paperwork was ever sent out to me. I had to call today directly thru corporate Farm bureau and the gentleman was able to do everything in a matter of minutes and confirming everything was canceled. I had a terrible experience with this company. This company canceled my policy and in the beginning of the year I called back and asked why there was canceled. They had no idea why it was canceled. My mortgage company noticed that I did not have insurance so they assigned me one at the beginning of the year and now this company is charging me and put me on Colection for no reason I am super upset with this matter because I am a person that takes care of his credit!
Elizabeth is an excellent agent and a wonderful person. Excellent service.
