My husband recently died so this was to be my first encounter alone to review my policies. My appointment was at 2:00pm, I went to their office,sign on door said they moved to another location. went to the designated office after much searching,was told this was not correct agent, called Ramos office 5 times..for address where he was located..never answered phone. Samantha has always been my go to! I have been with Farm Bureau for years now. I am located in LC, I don’t even live in Deming. I have never wanted to switch because I wouldn’t have it as good as I do now with Samantha. Every time I have called for assistance she gets me what I need right away with no issues! I have chosen Farm Bureau not only because I’ve always been able to rely on them but because Samantha! She has always been such a great person to have in my corner. For all my insurance needs!! Highly recommend!!!
