Matt and Theresa are great. They're very friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and communicate well/efficiently; just all the positive adjectives. ☺️ I love how they're located right in town too so if something happens I am just a small drive away. They treat you like family. They check in with you frequently (but not annoyingly) just to make sure everything is going ok. I like how going through them for my car insurance saved me money on that in itself compared to my last plan, but also my home owner's insurance! Love them 💙☺️
Matt took the time to explain everything in detail, even though it took me multiple trips to get the insurance set up the way I liked. He never seemed to mind meeting me multiple times. Matt wasn't pushy on selling the highest premiums, but more interested in selling the best insurance for me at affordable premiums.
My agent is Jason Bird in Minneapolis, KS. My family could not be more happy with his service. We purchased a house last November and got hit by some hail in the Spring. He called me that day to ask if we had any issues and had someone on site that week to evaluate the damage. He is great to work with!
