Paid more for my insurance with Farm Bureau to have an agent to contact instead of #800 and both times I have needed help crickets. Notified agent thru text as well as Farm Bureau app well in advance, 13 days before payment was due and payment is pending and has put my account in the negative. Furious and there is nothing I can do about it. Tried calling agent and no answer. Contacted customer service and central office is closed in observance of the holiday.
