Was good in the beginning about staying in contact and doing a decent job with premiums but slowly got worse. Communication, respect, and professionalism is the top complaints I have with this agent.. I DONT recommend doing business with this agent. I do however recommend Farm bureau In general because they are very good when it comes to claims and getting it figured out.
