August 20, 2025 We had our Homeowners, Auto, Cabin and Umbrella insurance through Rodrigo Retana-Aguilera at Farm Bureau Financial Service. We originally had a different agent with Farm Bureau -- which was very hands on. When our original agent left Farm Bureau -- we were assigned Rodrigo. He never reached out to us during the 8+ years that we had him - with the exception of calling us when I canceled the policy and he just said OK. Steve is amazing at what he does. Not only did he help my family find the best and most affordable car and home insurance, but he came to our house and personally walked us through the process and helped us with the paperwork. It doesn't get more personal than that! Anytime I've needed anything, he's been super quick to respond and ALWAYS resolves the situation/answers any questions promptly. I had gotten an annuity through Farm Bureau 6 years ago. When I met with the agent he kept repeating how I would never lose money no matter what the market did. Unfortunately that wasn't true! I might not have lost money due to the fluctuation of the stock market but I lost money due to all the fees that Farm Bureau charged.
