I was instructed by an out-of-state agent to drop off my car title at this local office in order to receive my payment from a previous accident. Simple enough… or so I thought. Beyond standard insurance services, this agent crossed major professional boundaries by making inappropriate advances toward my partner. This included showing up at our private residence uninvited, sending explicit photos, and making disparaging comments about me personally.
