I was involved in a car crash where I was not at fault. Fortunately, the only injuries were to the vehicles, and the wounded pride of the teenage driver that hit me. My interaction with Farm Bureau was excellent. Natalie called me before I could call them. She was pleasant, professional, and easy to deal with. The whole situation was handled much faster and much easier than I ever expected. If I am ever in another crash, I hope the offending driver is insured by Farm Bureau!

I am not able to get a hold of them. They keep adding fees to my home insurance policy that they do not even explain. These professional scamers are a nightmare.

A complete scam. They did a bait and switch on us with our policy type and payment. Raising our insurance to $700 per month for basic coverage. The past employee quit/got fired. They scantly put a gap between our previous insurance and our new insurance just so they could increase the rate by over double. I called today requesting all the documents they are refusing to give them to me.
