They are irresponsible and criminal. When the tunnel fire came they cancelled my policy. They were supposed to pay me lost revenue. They only want to pay through June 1! I can't even get contractors out there to fix my place. Do not trust these people.

I have been a customer for over 5 years. My rate consistently has increased over the years. I decided to search elsewhere. I found a better rate and decided to cancel. My auto debit came up for $280 less than what I have paid every month for the past year. I consistently asked why my rate was increasing but never could recieve a straight answer now somehow My rate was decreased. It seems pretty shady to me. Stay on top of your game people so you do not get taken advantage of like I did.
Suing this insurance company for not paying a covered claim.
