They'll take care of you, they always do. But don't expect it to be fast at all... Or accurate. They messed up on my VIN number 4 times before the bank had to call them themselves to fix the issue. They're constantly behind on things that need to be done much more quickly.
This place is an absolute joke, Megan MOSTLY has neglected my family after our grandmother had passed away. Would NOT return phone calls or be helpful what so ever tried to tell us UPS doesn't have tracking # on a 20k checkbook that is lost in the mail. Really just an incompetent human being and has no idea how to do her job or deal with general public and needs to find a new career path.
