This place is an absolute joke, Megan MOSTLY has neglected my family after our grandmother had passed away. Would NOT return phone calls or be helpful what so ever tried to tell us UPS doesn't have tracking # on a 20k checkbook that is lost in the mail. Really just an incompetent human being and has no idea how to do her job or deal with general public and needs to find a new career path. Always friendly and willing to help. Great at getting back with you and FANTASTIC rates!
Beware. Ask for a quote and they will add it to your policy without your knowledge. Call for information when buying a new car and they'll hang up on you. Call back and they'll get snotty with you and tell you they can't give you any info. Review your policy and they'll stop autopay and cancel your policy and then blame you for not turning in paperwork in a prompt fashion when they were late getting it to you. Then they'll not care one bit when confronted with any problems. You will be blamed for any problems they create.
Slow response when I need answers. Rates are almost double what I was quoted. Switched insurance.
