He was my husband’s FORMER insurance agent. Former because we switched. We tried to call him when we were having a problem with our WCF. And his daughter told me that she couldn’t do anything about it! And Richard couldn’t be reached at all! The IRS froze our bank account because Richard and her daughter DIDN’T do anything to help us talk to the IRS; and the IRS specifically told us that they wanted to talk to our insurance agent so they know that they are getting the correct information regarding our business tax number.
