A horrible experience, agent is terrible, customer service does nothing. No follow up by anyone even after escalation issues. Changing companies after 5 weeks. Horribly disappointed.
Cheap quotes until you get into an accident, especially if you weren’t at fault and other insurance is doing the most to get away from taking full responsibility. This insurance company has the most incompetent people working for them. I have never been this frustrated in my entire life!
