I have had Farm Bureau for 19 years, and having John hang up on me twice is unacceptable. I will never have insurance with FBITN again because of the way I have been treated.
If there were no stars I’d give them that. They used to be outstanding and now that they’ve changed from blue cross to united healthcare it’s a joke. Walmart doesn’t even take my insurance. The way they do things is absolutely ridiculous and inconvenient. I am currently looking to replace them.
