My wife and l were just here,July 3 2024 around 520 pm. We decided to get 2 Donair sandwitches and an order of the homestyle poutine from the grill. First the young girl chased us in the asked if we could wait 20 mins. Because there was NO gravy. We said ok. 20 mins later the kid from the grill comes up to us and tell us there NO naan bread for the donair? Was going on an impromptu picnic...grabbed a few items, but what we wanted wasn't available on the shelf, so asked if it was possible to have one made and wow! Friendly, quick and freshly made in 10 mins! Great produce, varieties for munchies...wonderful store!
I was unhapppy with the customer service I received this afternoon from Shousta (apologies if name is misspelt). As my items are being scanned I requested to have 1 paper bag - she got one and gave it to me. Flat. I asked her, are you expecting me to bag my groceries? I didn’t receive a response. I stated that I was tired from working a 10hour shift & having her pack my bag like she should have, would’ve been much appreciated.
