Our family has done a lot of our shopping here since they opened and happily found a LOT of the brands of feed in the sizes wanted without having to special order them!!. The owners and the employees have always been pleasant and helpful both inside and the warehouse and if I wait until the evenings or the weekends to go for products, especially in the warehouse, I go with the assumption that I will probably have to wait in line because they do a healthy business!!! but it is worth the wait :-)

Purchased a big water trough about a month ago, upon use and further inspection, we realized that it has a crack on the bottom and leaks all the water out, luckily I put it in a pasture we don't use much...tried to speak with a manager, by phone and going into the store, manager was at the store today but wouldn't come out of her office to speak with me...I was told by one of her minions that there was nothing they would do and the excuse was that it was kept outside and I didn't have the receipt ...the crack itself is clear... read more
