Steer clear. Brought in a Dewalt pressure washer bought from Home Depot for warranty repair. Was told parts we not available. Bought a new pressure washer till parts became available. Fast forward to over a year we call and ask where we are at on it and we're told we already picked it up! We go in in person and are told that it was most likely stolen but that they have no responsibility for customers equipment after a certain period of time. Make this make sense!!! We’ve brought our mowers in multiple times for repairs and service. Every single time the service was SLOW and they did not communicate at all. We had to call every time to check on the status of repairs. They would promise to call and we ended up calling them. They keep the mower for WEEKS and can’t even call us if there’s a delay with parts, etc.. all in all very frustrating. We will be looking for a new service venue.

Places worth getting your mowers from and purchasing products is very simple hassle free the only issue I've ever had with them is that they don't ever answer the phone when you need a warranty done I have to go through bad boy mowers to get information or to get parts when it's actually possible and just to get tires put onto a rim they huff and puff and throw a hissy fit about it when I understand they might be overwhelmed and might have a lot going on but when you offer to pay them 60 bucks to put two tires on a rim becau... read more
