Places worth getting your mowers from and purchasing products is very simple hassle free the only issue I've ever had with them is that they don't ever answer the phone when you need a warranty done I have to go through bad boy mowers to get information or to get parts when it's actually possible and just to get tires put onto a rim they huff and puff and throw a hissy fit about it when I understand they might be overwhelmed and might have a lot going on but when you offer to pay them 60 bucks to put two tires on a rim becau... read more
It was a great experience, every question that I asked was answered, love the customer service very polite always with a smile, I give them thumbs up excellent treatment.
Very rude horrible owner cursed at me when offering to pay for a repair got mad because I didnt buy the mower from him stay clear find someone better
Nice people but lacking in some areas. This isnt a bash but just a opportunity to correct and learn. I found they don't communicate very well. I found myself and my wife calling them instead of them calling us and updating us on the status of our mower. I mentioned we lived in a HOA and our grass was getting out of control. We never got updated on the status of the mower being worked on or the status of the part. The only way we found out was by having to constantly call them.
