On nous a remis une garantie à vie sur les thermos des fenêtres au moment de l'achat. 80% de nos thermos sont maintenant défectueux et en buée. Nous avons contacté Farley pour faire valoir notre garantie et ils se sont vraiment moqués de nous. Chaque représentant à qui nous avons parlé avait une raison différente pour ne pas honorer la garantie. Ils ne sont même pas capables d'être cohérents dans leur mensonges. Good people
I bought 2 windows via home depot from Farley. I called Farley to find out if the windows are "Self Flashing" to figure if they need flashing or not according to the building code (yes all windows should probably have flashing but mine were installed, by someone else, without). Unfortunately, the person I talked with was not aware of what is flashing and said nobody would know the technical detail of their own windows to help answer my question. Not helpful.
Great doors!! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Lifetime warranty on the patio doors however when it comes to replacement parts these people go out of their way to ignore your calls,texts,emails or messages. I am willing to purchase the parts needed, these people INSIST I have the original receipt. Cannot go through the manufacturer,MUST go through the retailer, who in turn is unable to find any record of purchase. Home Depot is as incompetent as Farley. AVOID BOTH.
