Always professional, Easy to talk to and very understanding. Your not rushed in or out of his office when you have an appointment and the waiting time is not bad at all. I live in Southwest va, the drive time is around 2 hours but well worth the trip for the treatment.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
