I called to see if they were taking new patients because my current pcp left the area. They said they were taking new patients and got me scheduled for October! That was fine with me. Then the staff member asked me to hold for a few minutes, and when she came back she said that they couldn't schedule me because I saw them once in 2009, and never came back. I dont remember that appointment, but that is around the time my pediatrician stopped seeing me, so its likely where my mom took me for my thyroid bloodwork follow up. Reg... read more
Been my PCP for a decade and they are great
Monica was once a caring, empathetic Dr., I know her well, we grew up together at TMC in the early 90's alongside Heinley, Ray, PA Martha, Dr. Jackson, to name a few. Seen her at the office on 4th Street, Beaver. Followed her to there new place on 3rd street, Beaver. I'm really not sure what happened, we started to butt heads. She became very mean towards me. Dr Farland is always thorough and takes time to talk with me about any concerns or life changes. I've struggled to find a doctor I like for years and she has exceeded my expectations. Wait time is just like all other providers I've experienced. The staff are very friendly and I highly recommend her.
Dr. Farland takes the time to listen to your concerns and clearly and simply explains your options. Highly recommend!
