She is respectful, sweet, down to earth, knowledgeable and gives you all the time that you need. As a former RN, I feel that I can recognize an exceptional physician when I encounter one. I would recommend her without reservation. Dr. Jean-Louis is fairly new in town and I feel fortunate that she could see me on relatively short notice. If you need a cardiologist, request her before she is booking months in advance.
If there is any truth to rumors that arrogance is a required course in med school, Dr. Jean-Louis flunked it miserably. I am pleased with her time she has taken with me. We had tried a new med that did not work for me. She willing to change it up and I am back on track. She also took time to see me when I stopped unannounced.
