I feel very fortunate to have found Fariya and the Feldenkrais method. I have been putting off writing this review, trying to come up with something to express the enthusiasm with which I recommend Fariya Doctor. She brings such a calm, thoughtful energy to every interaction and clearly cares about helping people feel their best. I recently had a session with Fariya Doctor, Feldenkrais specialist at her studio, Feldenkrais in Niagara. She really is a movement Detective as her card states. As always her work was gentle unexpectedly connecting and reorganizing several problems at once. I came out having learned how to help myself avoid what had become a bad habit that was injuring my knee and hip.
