We can’t say enough amazing things about Tim Walker. My husband and I were struggling and when Tim was recommended to us things just came together with such ease. Tim was extremely knowledgeable and prompt. We were able to pull together a deal that we were all happy with. When we ran into any issues Tim was there to handle it asap. We would highly recommend Tim to anyone who is looking for honesty and efficiency.
Tim made the mortgage process easy and painless. In fact, we never had to leave our home. We've used him twice and will again. Update: 7 years later, and he is still our go-to guy! He has now helped us with 4 home mortgages. Still haven't met him in person!
Tim told my in-laws, my wife and I what we needed to hear to get a deal done. Unfortunately it wasn’t the deal our family believed it was. We were trying to set up the mortgage so we could take over in a few years as we had just moved and changed jobs which affected our ability to qualify for the mortgage. We were led to believe the switch was as easy as signing papers. Not the case. We trusted Tim to do right by our family and he let us down big time. Would never go back to him for anything.
