My wife fell on the dock Developed a life threatening brain bleed with a high chance of mortality Thanks to the LBFD lifeguards St Mary Medical Center ICU and her surgeon Dr Farin, not only did she survive after a complex brain surgery but is now rapidly improving and headed to rehab. My wife actually was able to text me yesterday!!!
Very disappointing. I had an appointment; on the day of it got rescheduled. When the new day finally came, I waited five hours and never got to talk to the doctor. :(

This lady has made me have constant pain after the cervical fusion she performed. Stay clear if you value your health. She has lied to me, and was a no show when I needed her to make sure I had the prescriptions I needed in the hospital ! Constant pain after she operated on my spine. ☠️
I am extremely concerned about the billing practices involving Dr. Azadeh Farin / FARINeurosurgery. A bill was sent to our attorney for my minor son in the amount of $4,700, listing an initial consult and three follow-up visits. My son was never treated by Dr. Farin, and to my knowledge there were no follow-up visits and no phone consultations performed by her.
