My first appointment was last week, and I had a wonderful experience. It was like walking into the future of dentistry. Kristen did a great job explaining everything to me, and Dr. Henen answered all of my questions. My wife and daughter are now switching over to this practice. Thanks for helping us out!
The doctor and nurses are nice here. However, the front office did not inform me about the financial charges before any work was done. Unfortunately, it was way too expensive. ****Update, today this practice did give me a discount on my bill. I was so grateful to them for the discount!
I have the worse dental anxiety as most people do, but have been having some trouble with my back molar.. being a new patient I was able to get in quickly with no wait! The girls up front especially Deb was so welcoming and helped me through the whole process and break down of cost/procedures she was so kind and sweet to me. Dr Henen was knowledgeable and helpful & did not make me feel judged about my mouth and helped with any questions I asked and I didn’t feel “rushed” or judged. Staff is nice but pricing is ridiculous. 700+ for 2 cavities and a refill on one that they already did is insane, especially when you have a lot of work to be done. I'll be paying dental bills until I die
Bear with me, this might take a minute. My story starts at Dietrich Implants and Oral surgery, where I went first to talk about scheduling an old implant replacement to be done. This is where I met Dr. Henen. I was in the market for a new dentist, since mine of 20+ years had retired, and the last few years I have been struggling to find one.
