Fantastic dental office all the way around!
Extremely frustrated. I was told my insurance was taken, they did a cleaning and booked my filling, at my filling appt they said that’s weird your insurance bounced the cleaning back but it should be covered so don’t worry! (Should have been an indicator they did not take my policy for them!) They did the expensive filling, telling me it would most likely need a root canal bc it was so deep. Dr. Sarai Kam is absolutely wonderful! He is kind, knowledgeable, and explained everything. He ensured that I was comfortable and not in distress. I honestly can say that he's one of the best Dentist I've been to! Plus the rest of the staff are also amazing! Such kind staff and always smiling. 5 star for sure!
