Dr. Franco at Farina Orthodontics was wonderful!! I went to Farina for Invisalign, after another orthodontist did not successfully complete my treatment. Dr. Franco took the time to meet with me, review my treatment, and ensure that he knew exactly what I expected for my teeth. Each time I went to Farina, he greeted me with a friendly personality and made sure everything was going to plan. I am grateful for Dr. Franco and the great staff they have at the Swann location - thank you for helping me with my smile! :)
Staff was so kind; however, Dr. Franco made me feel as if I was a waste of his time and told me I can do a "simple" google search for doctors in the South Tampa area that can address my airway issues. Farina Orthodontics website states that they address airway issues in both adults and children. Whether a business is going to get money out of a client or not, they should always treat them with respect and to the best of their ability address their concerns with care. Referrals go a long way.
As always Dr. Farina and staff were wonderful. Everyone always greets every patient a smile and are always available to answer any questions. I know this is going to be a smooth ride. I’m doing Invisalign line this time around and everything was explained clearly and patiently. This is not my first time with braces but hopefully my last. Looking forward to working with you. Thank you to Dr. Farina and staff.
State of the art facilities. Very warming and professional staff. Dr. Farina treats you like family. The whole experience was amazing !
