Our experience on July 28 was deeply disappointing and, frankly, felt openly discriminatory. We were Mexican travelers who simply wanted to enjoy a nice lunch and celebrate my mom’s birthday. Instead, we received noticeably different and dismissive treatment from the staff throughout our entire visit. Miscommunication between hostess and server. I was made to wait ten minutes before having to go to the hostess to request someone pour water and take my order. The meal was fine, but overpriced - a $50 meal cost me about $80, not including dessert. The shift manager came over to apologize for their mistake, but words are cheap. Not coming back. Farina Alta was better.
