Fariba was great! She knows the beach communities and the nuances in buying/renting in those communities. We had great rapport, and she was responsive and I ended up finding my place on our first viewing trip. After that she was very helpful in reviewing the lease and making sure that I was aware of everything I was signing. Very professional and personable! Highly recommend
