Thumbs up to Farias Builders of Dartmouth!! I had a small home project to tackle and I reached out to Derrick. His quote was competitive, he completed the project as scheduled and even fixed another small issue that was discovered. I highly recommend Farias Builders!!
Derrick and his crew renovated our 2 bathrooms in a timely manner. He replaced our shower unit quickly and we were only without a shower for 1 day! He went above and beyond! His work is top notch! He actually showed up to give us an estimate and then a quote for the project within a week! We highly recommend him and his awesome crew! We are very happy with our new bathrooms!
It all started fine! Had the owner over the house to go over what need it to be done! With that being said Guys came worked (non English speaking) no supervision at all When all it was finished and had questions called the owner and he was very defensive Automatically bringing up all the extras and free stuff he did for us Which is BS no one does anything for free lol So basically I paid good money and for served very poorly Had someone inspect the work without going into details most were done against code! Farias Builders recently completed a renovation to convert our lower level into a beautiful in-law apartment for my mother-in-law and we could not be happier with how it turned out.
