I have used Farial Khan and Garfin Zeidenberg LLP multiple times for personal real estate transactions, and most recently worked with them in an exceptionally complicated real estate sale related to an Estate in which I served as an Executor. In this matter, the buyers of the property were shifty and dishonest and would not close the deal according to the terms they had agreed to.
